A person who is confident often exhibits qualities such as assertiveness, self-reliance, and a willingness to take initiative. My Confidence results from past experiences, knowledge, and skills, but it is also something to be cultivated through practice and self-reflection.

I often step outside of my comfort zone, and for me, failure is a learning opportunity. It is important to recognize that confidence is not the absence of fear but the ability to act despite it.
